May 2006: Wright Remixed

In May 2006, we hosted our first event, with the Lord Bishop of Durham – NT Wright. Together we walked through questions of how faith and theology intersect with everyday life in an urban centre. We talked through issues of poverty, of emergence, of art and of creativity.

The evening, hosted at the Revival Nightclub in downtown Toronto also featured performances by dj teknostep, hip-hop MC Ill Seer, as well as singer-songwriters Alison Hari-Singh and Julia Churchill.

At the end of the evening, Wright even got up and sang a few tunes with the band. To listen to the audio from the evening, click hereish.
